About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our offerings. You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. We seek strong communicators who are quick learners with a natural sales instinct to represent Phoenix on the front lines. This role demands a results-oriented mindset, the ability to exceed
sales targets, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
What You'll Do:
- (Data Scraping): Categorize MC numbers according to the time zones. Extract specific information from Safer
- Conduct 300 to 400 calls per day
- Generate potential leads through cold calling and Update KPI sheets daily.
- Research, maintain and manage leads on spreadsheets & CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends to offer valuable consultative insights.
- Schedule follow-ups and appointments on demand
- Strategize calling pitches every week according to the market with management guidance
- Give a report to the Assistant Manager and Manager of Operations daily.
- Complete the given tasks by the Management at the given time
