About the Role:
As a key contributor in our data-driven environment, you will be instrumental in optimizing lead generation and enhancing operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include categorizing MC numbers by time zones, extracting essential information from Safer, and managing a high volume of calls—up to 400 per day—to identify and develop potential leads. You will be expected to maintain accurate records in our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring that all interactions and progress are meticulously documented.
To succeed in this role, you must exhibit a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt your calling strategies based on market insights. You will collaborate closely with management to refine your pitches and ensure that follow-ups and appointments are scheduled efficiently. A strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering daily reports to the Assistant Manager and Manager of Operations will be crucial. This position is ideal for quick learners with a results-oriented approach, ready to make a significant impact on our team’s success.
What You'll Do:
- (Data Scraping): Categorize MC numbers according to the time zones. Extract specific information from Safer
- Conduct 300 to 400 calls per day
- Generate potential leads through cold calling and Update KPI sheets daily.
- Research, maintain and manage leads on spreadsheets & CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends to offer valuable consultative insights.
- Schedule follow-ups and appointments on demand
- Strategize calling pitches every week according to the market with management guidance
- Give a report to the Assistant Manager and Manager of Operations daily.
- Complete the given tasks by the Management at the given time
